I am just a kid from Miami who learned to embrace my humble beginning, all while remaining determined to fulfill the greatness for which I am destined. My life's work as an educator, counselor, and now a business development coach, has been devoted to inspiring others to reach their highest levels of success! I am the CEO of Psychometric Solutions, LLC – a psychometric and data analytic firm that leverages its minority and women-owned status to win state and government contracts. I work with business owners to ensure they understand the foundational concepts of business.
Founded by me, the PS Business Development Cohort is a group of small business owners looking to connect for the purpose of establishing or expanding their businesses, specifically by leveraging state and federal minority business certifications to win state and federal government contracts.
In this community, you will explore the federal and state regulations for opening and operating a business. You will learn how to apply for federal and state minority and small business certifications, and learn about the federal and state procurement process, including strategies and tips for composing a winning bid/response. Most importantly, you can network with other business owners to explore collaborative opportunities.
